  • • Enterprise admins see aggregate team data, not individual scores (unless you share).

  • • You can delete your data anytime.

What We Collect

When you take the People Skills Index, we collect:

  • Account information: Email address, name (optional), company domain (if applicable)
  • Assessment responses: Your text answers, voice recordings, and self-ratings
  • Scores and reports: The skill scores and blind spot analysis we generate
  • Usage data: How you interact with our platform (page views, completion rates)

How We Use Your Data

To Score Your Assessment

Your responses are processed by our AI to generate skill scores and blind spot reports. This is the core service.

To Improve Our Assessment

We use anonymized, aggregated data to validate and improve our scoring algorithms. No individual responses are shared.

For Enterprise Features

If your company uses ProSocial Enterprise, your organization admin can see aggregate team statistics (like "Team average Diplomatic Assertiveness: 6.2"). They cannot see your individual scores unless you explicitly share your report.

Data Protection

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Voice recordings are processed for scoring, then deleted within 30 days
  • We use industry-standard security practices and regular audits
  • Data is stored in SOC 2 compliant data centers

Your Rights

You can:

  • Access: Download a copy of all your data
  • Correct: Update your account information
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Port: Export your assessment results in standard formats
