Using ProSocial

ProSocial provides the People Skills Index (PSI), an AI-native assessment of social skills. By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your account and responses
• Complete assessments yourself (no proxies or impersonation)
• Use your results for personal development, not to discriminate against others
• Keep your login credentials secure

Your Account

You need an account to use ProSocial. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@tryprosocial.com.

Your Content

When you complete assessments, you create content (text responses, voice recordings). You own this content. You grant us a license to use it to:

• Generate your skill scores and reports
• Improve our AI scoring (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
• Provide the service you're paying for

We never share your individual responses with third parties, including enterprise admins, without your explicit consent.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

Take the PSI once for free. Results are yours to keep.

Paid Plans

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days if you haven't completed an assessment. After that, no refunds—but you can always cancel future renewals.

Acceptable Use

Don't use ProSocial to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI scoring
• Share assessment content with others (it undermines validity)
• Use results to discriminate in hiring or other decisions
• Harass, spam, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws

Enterprise Use

If your organization uses ProSocial Enterprise, additional terms may apply. Your organization admin controls team settings, but individual assessment data remains private unless you choose to share it.

Intellectual Property

The PSI methodology, scoring algorithms, and platform are our intellectual property. You may use the service as provided, but don't copy, modify, or redistribute our content or technology.

Disclaimers

ProSocial is a skill assessment tool, not clinical assessment. We don't diagnose conditions or provide therapy. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee specific outcomes from using our assessment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
